If your flowers arrive damaged, tired, or noticeably below the standard you expected, please contact us within a short time of delivery. Sharing photos and your order details helps us respond quickly and clearly.
Our team will review what happened and offer a calm, fair solution which may include a replacement bouquet or alternative arrangement where appropriate.
